  • What are your unit sizes?

    We offer a variety of unit sizes to fit everything from a few boxes to full household or business storage. Whether you need a small unit for seasonal items or a larger space for furniture and equipment, we have options to meet your needs.

  • What happens if I need more or less space after I move in?

    No problem at all! If your storage needs change, we’re happy to help you transfer to a larger or smaller unit, based on availability.

  • Do you have temperature-controlled units?

    Yes! We offer climate-controlled units designed to help protect sensitive items from extreme temperatures and humidity.

  • I need to access my storage unit at off times. When can I access my unit?

    Customers have convenient access to their storage units daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using secure keypad entry.

  • Do the storage units have electrical outlets?

    No, our storage units do not have electrical outlets inside the units.

  • Do you offer RV, boat, or vehicle parking?

    Yes, we offer outdoor storage for RVs, campers, trailers, and other vehicles.

  • What kind of security features do you offer at your storage properties?

    Our facility has 24/7 camera surveillance and is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence and secured with keypad access using personalized entry codes, helping provide peace of mind for our customers.

  • What items are prohibited in a self storage unit?

    For the safety of our customers and facility, the following items may not be stored in our units:

    • Hazardous or flammable materials (gasoline, propane tanks, fireworks, chemicals, etc.)
    • Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
    • Perishable food items or anything that could spoil
    • Living or deceased plants or animals
    • Stolen or illegal items
    • Toxic, radioactive, or biohazardous materials
    • Anything that emits strong odors or could attract pests

    If you’re unsure whether an item is allowed, please contact us before storing it. We’re always happy to help clarify and make sure your belongings—and our facility—remain safe.

Reserving A Unit And Moving In

  • How do I rent a storage unit?

    Renting a unit is easy! You can contact us directly or visit our facility, and our team will help you choose the right unit size and complete the rental process.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term storage contract?

    No. We offer flexible, month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment required.

  • Does the unit come with a lock?

    Locks are not included, but we sell storage locks on-site for your convenience.

  • It’s time for me to move out. What do I need to do?

    When you’re ready to move out, please notify us in advance, remove all belongings from your unit, and leave the unit clean and empty. Once inspected, your rental will be closed.

Managing My Account

  • How do I change my information on my account?

    You can update your account information by contacting our office, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • Can I set up automatic payments for my account?

    Yes! Automatic payments are available to make paying your rent easy and worry-free.

  • How do I pay my monthly rent?

    Monthly rent can be paid using approved payment methods set up through your account. Please contact us if you need help with payment options.

  • What happens when my rent payment is late?

    Late payments may be subject to late fees and restricted access until the account is brought current. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay, after 30 days you will be considered in Lien and your unit will be put up for auction if not paid.

Protect My Belongings

  • Do I need self storage property protection?

    While property protection is not required, we strongly recommend it to help protect your belongings while in storage. We will provide you with Safestor insurance at additional cost to protect your items.

  • How much does self storage property protection cost?

    Property protection costs vary depending on the coverage level you choose. Our team can help explain available options.

  • How much property protection do I need?

    The amount of coverage you need depends on the value of the items you’re storing. We recommend choosing coverage that reflects the replacement value of your belongings.

  • How do I cancel the property protection policy?

    You can cancel your property protection by contacting our office. Changes typically take effect according to policy terms.

  • How can I keep mice and bugs out of my storage unit?

    Although all premises are professionally treated with pest control we also recommend:

    • Store items in sealed plastic bins
    • Avoid storing food or perishables
    • Elevate items off the floor when possible
    • Keep your unit organized and clean
    • Use pest deterrents designed for storage use
